Reservations for à la carte restaurants are made with the concierge, and you can book up to five at a time. Breakfast and buffet venues do not need them. Dinner is casual-elegant: long pants and collared shirts for men, and dresses, skirts or long pants for women. Flip-flops, tank tops and caps are not allowed in the gourmet restaurants.
What should I know about arrival and check-in?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible on request, subject to availability. A free round-trip airport shuttle is included, and you should contact the resort about 72 hours before arrival to arrange pickup. Cancún airport is roughly an hour's drive away.
