Breakfast and buffet-style venues need no reservation. The à la carte restaurants are booked through the concierge, and guests can stack up to five reservations at once. Klay Talay and the Gourmet Pub are the venues that most need advance booking. Dinner is casual-elegant: long pants and collared shirts for men, dresses, skirts or long pants for women. Tank tops, flip-flops, sport shorts and baseball caps are not allowed in the gourmet restaurants.
Is the pool area noisy?

How do I get to the resort, and what are the check-in times?
The resort is on Kantenah Bay in the Riviera Maya, roughly an hour south of Cancún International Airport and about 30 minutes south of Playa del Carmen. A free 24-hour round-trip airport shuttle is included, and you should contact the resort about 72 hours before arrival to arrange pickup. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible on request, subject to availability.
What should I know before arriving?
Bring a government-issued photo ID and a credit card for check-in, as a card authorisation or cash deposit is taken for incidentals. The resort is smoke-free and pets are not allowed.
